Painting - Oil On Canvas

Description

A large painting (for me) using a technique I am developing that resembles technique of pointalism that Seurat and Klimt introduced in the early days of Impressionism, 1890 or so. Paint is "spattered" on to the canvas in layers that achieve jewel like saturation. Colors glow and values are attained with out mixing paint on the canvas but rather the artist's palette. I look forward to exploring such a process to apply to future work.
